  • FFG is a new health and well-being programme covering all aspects of mental and physical health for anyone 18yrs+.
  • Our mission is to provide you with the knowledge to live a healthy, happy life with increased confidence.
  • Join our 10-week programme where you get the opportunity to get active, learn, ask questions, and set your own personal goals.
  • Each week will consist of a 45min Healthy Lifestyle Workshop followed by 45min Physical Activity session.

•             Physical Exercise
•             Mental Health

The main aims of the programme are to:

  • Increase knowledge of mental & physical health
  • Improve lifestyle choices
  • Increase physical activity
  • Increase engagement in other physical activity
